Q.1. Is Social Trade is an investment company?
Ans. - Social Trade is not an ‘Investment Company’, it is a service/product based organization (under Ablaze Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) which provides you Social Media Exchange (SME) concept of online barter system. It allows you to increase your social penetration and internet popularity while on the other side , you can get paid for promoting others on social media, which implies a user is both a consumer and service provider.

Q.2. Is Social Trade is based on Network Marketing?
Ans. - Social Trade works on the process of Referral or Affiliate or Recommendation or Word-of-Mouth promotion. This process is Direct Selling, directly from company to consumer, thereby eliminating intermediate supply chain, and passing the benefits directly to the consumer. Social Trade is one of the best Organisation in Direct Selling Industry in India.

Q. 3. What Product/Services Social Trade offers?
Ans. – Social Trade is SEO/SMO based Digital Marketing company. One can optimize his/her brand or blog or website on Search Engines and on Social Media by using the pricing terms provided by Social Trade.

Q. 4. What are the legal documents of Social Trade ?
Ans. - Social Trade is a brand under Ablaze Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Ablaze Info Solutions was incorporated in 2010. Ablaze Info Solution is having all the required documents and certificates which are necessary to conduct business in India. Check Legal certificates - Legal Documents

Q.5. What is an epoint?
Ans. An e-point is a number that corresponds to a visit done by an Individual to a designated website by clicking the respective weblink. This weblink is of a customer of Social Trade who has bought this e-point.

Q.6. What is the Validity of the epoint Services in Social Trade?
Ans. – The validity is 1 Year from the date of buying the first PAID epoint. After that the services will expire.

Q. 7. How many User IDs can be purchased on 1 PAN card ?
Ans. - 3 User IDs can be purchased on 1 PAN card w.e.f. 1 september 2016. (Keep visiting this space regularly for any changes).
Note: 20% TDS deduction will be apply if PAN card is not available & 10% TDS after providing PAN card.

Q. 8. How can a User get ePoints from Social Trade?
Ans. - A User can get Free ePoints and Paid ePoints.

a) When you do a free sign up, you will get 50 ePoints as a free epoint credit for your campaign AND then if you wish to get more ePoints FREE, you can promote other’s campaign free for which you will get that may number of ePoints free for the number of campaigns you have promoted free.

b) Using the same Sign up credentials, you can opt for Paid ePoints. You can buy as low as 100 ePoints and multiples of 100 thereafter upto 10000 (Ten Thousand) within 1 year of the contract term.

Q. 9. What is the validity of a campaign?
Ans. - User has to select the period of the campaign to be published for promotion. The validity of each campaign is maximum of 6 months.

Q. 10. Can a User have multiple campaigns for the same User ID?
Ans. - Yes, One User ID can have multiple campaign and can select the From & To Date in the given Calendar Option.

Q. 11. How user can the User buy ePoints if he/she don’t have PAN card ?
Ans. - New User can purchase only once by choosing option Applied For PAN Card during signup & in meantime he/she can apply PAN card. Once he/she have PAN card ready then update PAN in “My Profile” & upload KYC against PAN card. User must have to submit PAN Card as KYC within 30 days otherwise all HBW payouts & promotional payouts will be washed out. Note: 20% TDS deduction will be apply if PAN card is not available & 10% TDS after providing PAN card.

Q. 12. Can I keep same mobile number / email address for ePoints bought by my blood relatives?
Ans. - User can keep same mobile number / email id for ePoints purchased only for blood relation users.

Q. 13. In how many days my KYC will get approved?
Ans. - 2-3 days after uploading KYC related document. Document must be visible clearly & format should be .jpeg file & size has to be less than 2 MB. In case, any document under KYC is rejected then user will get message on registered mobile number & email with specific reason. Once corrected by the User, it will again take 2-3 days to get the KYC approval.

Q. 14. How much time it will take to get my work payouts in account?
Ans. - Once the passbook is approved, from the next day the User is eligible to get payouts; but the payouts will be remitted based on the option selected by the User for daily/weekly/monthly basis Note: Admin charge 5% / 3% / 1% (plus service tax) )will be charge for daily/weekly/monthly options respectively applicable after 10% TDS deductions.

Q. 15. How can I get work if I don’t have PAN card at the time of registration?
Ans. - User can get HBW from next day only when he becomes a customer first by submitting his campaign & after successful update of KYC & Campaign. User will get this work Monday to Friday except National Holidays. User can get National Holidays list from Social Trade portal from ‘Popular Tags’ section.

Q. 16. When can I get my HBW (Home based work) ?
Ans. - User can get HBW from next day only when he becomes a customer first by submitting his campaign & after successful update of KYC & Campaign. User will get this work Monday to Friday except National Holidays. User can get National Holidays list from Social Trade portal from ‘Popular Tags’ section.


Q. 17. Can I request my missed HBW? If yes then how?
Ans. - Yes, User can request only 1 day missed HBW on Saturday, Sunday & National Holiday. For this, user have to go to Today’s Task window & have to request missing day work by selecting it from mentioned calendar.

Q. 18. How I can get payout for my past work which I had done but forgot to submit?
Ans. - User can go to Dashboard -> My Work Payout & Generate Performa Invoice for that particular day on which work was done but forgot to submit. By doing this now user can see invoice for that particular date in payout table.

Q. 19. What is Booster? How can I avail it?
Ans. - Booster is process of doubling of your daily task after you sale two-packages (in 1 : 1 BV) of same amount in 20 Days from your date of activation. Once user activates the booster then user will get increased links daily till remaining period of ePoints contract. If a person has sold ePoints of different business volume in 1:1, then the links will be added according to the lowest package.

Q. 20. Will the Booster increase as and when the User’s immediate downline buy more ePoints?
Ans. - No: the Booster policy is applicable within 20 days of buying the ePoints and will be as per the first business value points of his/ her immediate downline. In future, the booster will not be applicable for all additional ePoints purchased by the immediate downlines of the User;

Q. 21. How can the User get more links for daily tasks if I opt to work?
Ans. - For all ePoints bought upto 4999, the User will get 2% and above 5000 till 10000, he/she will get 2.5% for the daily task.

Q. 22. Is there any age limit for purchase of package?
Ans. - Yes, user must be 18 years old to purchase ST packages. Maximum Age is 65.

Q. 23. What are the commission rates?
Ans. - Daily Task Rates currently is Rs.5 per click. Daily Task rates vary from time to time and depends on market competition & availability of work with company. Daily Task Rates can change with/without prior information on website because it depends on market competition. The commission rate is 8% on the business generated.

Q. 24. What is the date/day of transfer of Commissions?
Ans. - Daily Work/Task Income can be taken in 3 modes – Daily, Weekly and Monthly
> Daily Payments will be credited into user’s bank account next working day after doing task.
> Weekly Payments(of previous week) will be credited into user’s bank account on Tuesday Evening
> Monthly Payments(of previous month) will be credited into user’s bank account on 4th/5th day of month


Q. 25. What are the Administration Charges?
Ans. - Company deducts an admin charge on both ‘Promotional Income’ and ‘Daily Task Payment’
Promotional Income – 5.75% from taxed income.
Daily Task –:
1. Daily Mode- 5% from taxed income
2. Weekly Mode- 3% from taxed income
3. Monthly Mode- 1% from taxed income


Q. 26. How much TDS Amount is deducted from my income?
Ans. - Company deducts TDS from both ‘Promotional Income’ and ‘Daily Task Payment’ and deposits it to Government as per the laws.
- Promotional Income – 5% from total income
- Daily Task Income – 10% from total income

Q. 27. What is eligibility criteria to get promotional income?
Ans. - To get promotional income, user must have to sponsor 2 packages in 1:1 position.

Q. 28. How can I refund or cancel my package/product?
Ans. - If you are not satisfied with the product/services you can send a mail at refund@socialtrade.biz or raise a request in ‘HELPDESK’ section in 10 days from the date of activation. Refund amount will be transferred in 15 working days after the request. After cancellation, user will not be able to register again with social trade or purchase any package till next 6 months. Refund amount will be total amount of purchase (including the daily task payment, if any). For Example, on cancellation of STP 20 on 7th day, total refund amount will be Rs.11500/- (Rs.700 Daily Task Payment transferred earlier in user account + Rs. 10800 of Package in next 15 days after cancellation request)

Q. 29. What are the KYC documents that I have to submit?
Ans. - One can submit any of the below mentioned documents:
For Photo ID – PAN CARD, PASSPORT, DRIVING LICENSE, UID/AADHAR CARD, VOTER CARD
For ADDRESS – PASSPORT, RATION CARD, DRIVING LICENSE, UID/AADHAR CARD, VOTER CARD, BANK PASSBOOK, ELECTRICITY/GAS BILL
